As a high-growth fintech unicorn based in Amsterdam, Adyen faced the challenge of attracting top tech talent on a global scale. To stand out, we needed to uncover a unique story that only Adyen could tell.
We designed a recruitment campaign based on one very key strategic insight – Adyen does not do anything the obvious way. From innovative perks like robot office assistants to unconventional workspaces, every aspect of the company challenges the status quo.
Our “Unobvious Stories” campaign highlighted these unique aspects through 21 unique films, showcasing Adyen’s unconventional approach to work and life. The campaign resonated so strongly with top tech talent that “Unobvious” has become an integral part of Adyen’s brand identity.
