ASML asked us to create shape an employer value proposition that unites three core pillars: their people, their groundbreaking technology, and the positive societal change that technology enables.
As we explored the many facets of their work, one theme kept emerging. Regardless of where you’re from or what language you speak, we’re all connected through technology. It’s a universal language of progress.
Building on that idea, we created a campaign that spotlights real ASML employees from across the organisation and across the globe, showing how their individual roles contribute to innovations that benefit society as a whole.
