We helped Picnic supercharge their search for young, flexible talent with a recruitment campaign that ditched the traditional corporate tone and embraced humor, speed and personality.

Together with comedian Jochen Otten, we created a mockumentary-style world around Coach Nick, the over-serious leader of the Picnic Academy, turning the day-to-day job of a Runner into something unexpectedly fun, human and entertaining.

From rapid-fire one-minute applications to behind-the-scenes “training,” we built a 360° recruitment experience that truly connects with ambitious young talent. Light-hearted, self-aware and refreshingly real.

The long-form mockumentary became the engine for the entire campaign, from social clips, internal training videos and photography.
